All On 4 Plus® Procedure

From planning to placement, see how we restore smiles with precision and care.

What to Expect from the All-On-4 Plus® Procedure

The All-On-4 Plus® procedure is a streamlined, highly advanced approach to full-arch tooth replacement—designed to restore your smile with minimal disruption and maximum results. Unlike traditional methods, which can take a number of months to recieve your final teeth, this procedure is designed so that the Immediate Final Teeth are created and inserted 24 hours after surgery.

It begins with a comprehensive consultation and 3D imaging to plan your treatment with precision. On the day of your procedure, any remaining teeth are removed, and four or more implants are placed in strategic positions to maximise strength and stability—even in cases of bone loss. You’ll be asleep under general anaesthetic and when you wake, you will receive your Immediate Final Teeth™ in most cases the next 24-48 hours.

After a healing period of 4 months, you will be able to resume a hard food diet, giving you the ability to restore functionality. From start to finish, the process is tailored to your individual requirements—supported by advanced experience, surgical care and digital technology that enables the best possible outcome.

ALL-ON-4 Plus® Essentials: Precision, Durability, and Confidence - Built Into Every Smile

Other than the installation of four implants, All-On-4 Plus® includes some basic essentials in every case as required, which makes a significant difference to the end result, comfort and longevity.

Immediate Final Teeth™

The All-On-4 Plus® Immediate Final Teeth™ system uses a super-strong titanium frame that provides the implants with extra strength and durability. Skilled technicians carefully design each tooth by hand for a high-quality look, and you can get your new teeth usually within 24 hours after surgery.

The smooth finish helps the gums heal faster and prevents them from shrinking. The titanium frame connects all the implants together, which spreads out any pressure, protecting each implant while they heal. Once the base is strong, it’s easy to adjust or replace the teeth later if needed.

Reshaping of the jawbone and gum surgery

During the implant surgery, the gums and the bone underneath are evened out. This is done to remove any rough or bumpy areas left by the empty spaces where teeth used to be. Making the gums flat like this helps make it easier to clean and care for the implants over time. This gum and bone work also makes space to add a gum part to the new teeth.

This allows the teeth to be arranged in a way that looks more realistic and keeps the implants strong for longer. Any stitches placed during the surgery will dissolve and disappear on their own within about 3 weeks.

Precise implant positioning using our developed protocols

Through advanced digital planning and precise surgical techniques, we aim to make sure that each implant is placed in the exact right spot and spaced correctly. This careful planning helps create a strong, stable foundation for the implants, making the final result more reliable to enhance the prospect of it being long-lasting.

What to Expect on Surgery Day: The All On 4 Plus® Experience

On surgery day, the All On 4 Plus® team works meticulously to ensure a smooth, comfortable experience that leads to immediate results. First, any remaining teeth are removed, and the gums are reshaped to create an ideal foundation for the implants. Using precise All On 4 Plus® protocols and digital planning, four implants ( can be more if required) are then positioned to maximise strength and stability. A custom titanium framework connects the implants, and Immediate Final Teeth™ are securely attached, giving patients what can be a fully functional smile by the end of the day—all of this is done in one procedure.

What exactly is All On 4 Plus®, and how is it different from regular dental implants?

All On 4 Plus® is an advanced dental implant technique that replaces a full arch of teeth usually with 4 implants. The teeth are stable and appear realistic while being functional and hopefully long-lasting. All On 4 Plus® also includes unique innovations in planning, materials, and surgical technique developed right here in Australia.

How soon after surgery will I get my new teeth—and will they look and feel like natural teeth?

In most cases, you’ll receive your new set of fixed teeth within 1–3 days after surgery. These aren’t temporary dentures—they’re custom-designed to look and feel like realistict teeth. These realistic features anf functions are designed to increase the ability to eat and speak.

Is the All On 4 Plus® procedure painful? Is general anaesthetic used?

Most patients are treated under general anaesthetic, meaning you will be completely asleep and won’t remember the procedure. Discomfort after surgery can be common but can be well managed with medication. Our Premium Providers prioritise patient comfort at every stage.

What if I’ve already been told I don’t have enough bone for implants?

The All On 4 Plus® method is designed to work in cases of bone loss. In many instances, we can avoid bone grafting altogether. In more complex cases, advanced techniques such as zygomatic implants may be an option. The webinar will cover what’s possible.

How long do All On 4 Plus® implants last, and what makes them so durable?

With proper care, All On 4 Plus® bridges are designed to last many years, if they are looked after properly. We use high-quality materials such as titanium and zirconia, and the system is backed by detailed planning and surgical precision to maximise the lifespan of the teeth.

Can I really eat foods like steak or apples with All On 4 Plus® teeth?

Yes, one of the benefits that All On 4 Plus can achieve is allowing patients to eat harder foods again. Once healing is complete, patients are likely able to enjoy a wide variety of foods such as crunchy or chewy foods.
