At All On 4 Plus® our typical fee is $25,000 per arch, either top or bottom and this is for “All On 4 Plus” which includes the Immediate Final Teeth with a strong titanium frame. This cost does not just cover the surgery, it includes every step and process of the journey which you can read about below.

The All On 4 Plus® treatment for upper and lower arch offers a secure, natural-looking set of teeth on just four implants, providing strength, aesthetics and long-term durability.
The fees include:
- All pre-operative planning and procedures, including photos and digital impressions of your mouth
- Digital smile design, involving digital modelling of the planned position of the new teeth
- The surgery itself, performed by experienced and trained implant surgeons
- A template ( temporary) teeth mimicking the digital design, which you will wear immediately after surgery on the same day for adjustments
- All laboratory procedures and customisations
- Your Immediate Final Teeth made our of acrylic on a custom-milled titanium frame
- 3 week and 4 month clean, check-up and x-rays
There are some situations where the bone quality or volume is so poor that we need to do some additional procedures like nerve transposition, bone grafting or longer implants anchored in the cheekbones known as Zygoma implants, which can all be done at the same time and in the one surgery but can add $3,000 to $9,000 to the cost.
These situations may be more common if you wear dentures or have had missing teeth for a prolonged period of time.
Yes, we offer a number of payment plans and finance options to give me the best chance of receiving the treatment. You can access payment plans through PlanZERO, Access my Super, TLC, DentiCare and Super for Health.
