Overview
All-On-4 Plus® treatment involves a number of different stages, but any surgery performed as part of the treatment is carried out under general anaesthetic, sedation or local anaesthetic.
On the day of surgery, you will be prepared for the procedure and will discuss the surgery and anaesthetics with your surgeon and anaesthetist.
While you are under anasthetic, your surgeon carries out the planned surgical procedures. During surgery, this may include removing any remaining teeth where necessary, reshaping the jawbone and placing the dental implants according to the predetermined plan.
