John decided to pursue dental treatment as the first step in turning his life around. He says the transformation wasn’t just physical—it was emotional, too. “Once I get the teeth done and I can walk through the streets without thinking people are judging me, that’ll be amazing.”
Throughout it all, John credits his mother for standing by him. “Even through everything I put her through, she could have abandoned me. But not one little bit—she was there the whole time,” he says. “To have a mother that’s just so loving and caring… it’s amazing.”
After receiving full-arch dental implant treatment, John’s confidence and outlook shifted dramatically. “Life before sucked really bad, and a lot of it had to do with just my teeth. I couldn’t make new friends—not because people didn’t want to be my friend, but because of my own self-esteem,” he reflects. “Now it’s awesome. Everything I thought was a problem before… isn’t.”
The change has extended to his work life, too. “I got a job offer a couple of weeks ago and I start in about two weeks,” he says. “I used to go into interviews with no self-esteem whatsoever. But now, it’s good."
Looking back, John didn’t know exactly what to expect from the treatment—but says the result far exceeded his hopes. “I sort of expected to have to take my teeth out now and then or something like that,” he laughs. “It’s 100% better than what I thought I was going to put up with.”
For others thinking about doing something similar, his message is simple: “If you have the opportunity, don’t let it pass you up. It has benefited me, It’s probably the best decision I’ve made in my life.”
