All On 4 Plus® is an indication-specific system for the replacement of ALL teeth ON FOUR or more dental implants (depending on individual clinical and anatomical conditions), where the FINAL teeth are fitted typically within 24 hours.
The surgery involves tilting of the back implants in order to provide adequate support for the new teeth using less implants. With less hardware there is also an improved flexibility in the design of the teeth for optimal function, strength and aesthetics.

1. Removing of teeth and installing implants.
During the All-On-4 Plus® procedure, all teeth are removed, and dental implants are placed into the jawbone. The back implants are tilted to provide strong support, using fewer implants. This careful setup makes the final teeth stable, flexible, and designed for durability, ready to support a set of teeth.

2. Creating custom designed Immediate final teeth.
Custom-designed teeth are created and attached within 24 hours of the implant surgery. These teeth are made with a special titanium frame for extra strength and are precisely set to fit each patient’s individual smile requirements, allowing for increased functionality and durability.

3. Precise Implant Positioning using ALL-ON-4 Plus® protocols
Using digital planning and specific All-On-4 Plus® methods, implants are placed more accurately in the jaw. This careful positioning improves how well the teeth function, feel, and look, while also improving the ability to clean. This precision helps create a restoration designed to fit your individual treatment needs.

All On 4 Plus®: The Advanced Solution for Complete Tooth Replacement
All On 4 Plus® offers a cutting-edge solution for full-mouth dental restoration. Unlike traditional dentures, All On 4 Plus uses 4 or more strategically placed implants to support a fixed restoration. With components like the titanium bar to evenly distribute force, abutments for precise alignment, and Immediate Final Teeth™ , All On 4 Plus® is designed to be durable. Available exclusively through All On 4 Plus® Premium Providers™, this treatment process has been used for decades alongside our experienced network.

Regular Implants
Most All On 4 Plus® treatments use Straumann BLX implants, known for their stability and strength. These implants anchor the entire set of teeth, integrating with the bone to provide a secure, lasting foundation.
Bar
The titanium bar connects the implants, creating a strong, rigid framework. This bar ensures that functional forces are distributed evenly across the implants, enhancing stability and durability for the prosthetic teeth.
Immediate Final Teeth
Custom-designed Immediate Final Teeth™ are attached to the titanium bar within 24 hours, providing patients with a fully functional smile right after surgery, without the need for temporary fixtures.
Abutments
Abutments are connectors between the implants and prosthetic teeth. They angle and align the final teeth for a more preferable fit while securely attaching to the titanium bar and implants.
